Vintage Care was founded in August 2019 by Roland G. Rowe, inspired by a lifelong passion for caring for the elderly that began in his youth through visits to senior homes across the country. His commitment deepened through community service as President of the Sea Front Lions Club, where he helped revive outreach visits to the Finbar Ryan Geriatric Home. After experiencing the challenges of finding compassionate, high-quality care for his own aunt, Mr. Rowe was moved to create a home that reflected the dignity and standard of care he believed every senior deserves. This vision was strengthened when he partnered with Farlin Hassanali, whose extensive experience in managing elderly homes aligned with the shared goal of raising the standard of assisted living facilities across Trinidad and Tobago.
